At AQUA MODESTA, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your swimwear or sportswear purchase, we offer hassle-free exchanges or refunds within 18 days of purchase.
To Exchange: Simply place a new order via our website www.AquaModesta.com or give us a call at 718-810-2422. Then, ship back the item you wish to exchange.
All Returns Must Be Authorized: Please email us at AquaModesta@gmail.com to obtain authorization before shipping your return.
For Returns: Ensure the original items are unworn with tags and liners intact. Include instructions and your Order ID number or Billing First and Last name in the package. Generate your return label and ship to:

Conditions: All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in "as received" condition. Items that are soiled, damaged, worn, or in any other condition than "as received" cannot be returned, and no credits will be issued. Swimwear in our outlet tab is exchangeable only within 18 days of purchase. Returns authorized by us must be made within 18 days of purchase; after this period, automatic credits will be issued. All credits and gift certificates must be used within three months of issuance.
Shipping: You may choose any shipping method for returns. Please note, we do not reimburse return shipping costs. Shipping fees will be deducted if you return the entire or partial order where coupon codes have been applied. We advise insuring your package and using tracking to prevent loss. Defective items will be replaced at no cost.

PROPER CARE FOR SWIMWEAR
To maintain your swimwear's longevity, wash it separately by hand using mild detergent after each use. Avoid bleach and wringing or twisting the fabric. Hang it to dry on a flat, clean surface. Refrain from using it in over-chlorinated waters or hot tubs/jacuzzis. It's suitable for use in any non-polluted pool or ocean worldwide, including the Dead Sea mud. Swimwear doesn't absorb water or heat like natural fibers, so proper care ensures extended use across seasons. Enjoy your swimwear in good health always!
